The Call Center Representative serves as a primary point of contact for customers, providing professional and courteous assistance with transportation inquiries, scheduling, and general information services.

Candidates must have a high school diploma, strong communication and customer service skills, ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, and a proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office products. Knowledge of local geography, including Cameron, Elk, Clearfield, Jefferson, McKean and Potter counties is preferred.

The Area Transportation Authority is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hostler to support daily fleet operations at our Rutherford Run facility in Bradford. This position is responsible for fueling, cleaning, and preparing vehicles to ensure they are safe, clean and ready for service.

This part-time position will work approximately 25 hours per week, with afternoon and evening hours. The position offers health insurance, vacation and other benefits. The candidate is required to have a valid CDL Class B license, ATA will assist qualified candidates in obtaining this license.
