Any person that is 65 years of age or older is eligible for an 85% discount on ATA’s shared-ride services by completing a MT-103 Application. Fixed route services are free for anyone over 65. Transit ID is not required. Any document verifying age can be presented to the driver. Any person with a disability that is between the ages of 18 and 64 can receive an 85% discount on their rides. Fixed Routes are excluded because they are already at a discounted rate. You must have a prior day reservation to receive the discounted rate.

The Medical Assistance Transportation Program (MATP) is a transportation service available to Medical Assistance (MA) consumers throughout Pennsylvania. The MATP is funded by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) and operated by ATA in Cameron, Elk, and McKean counties.
MATP offers transportation to medical care or services from an MA provider. MATP provides the most appropriate transportation to meet your needs.
You can use MATP to get to any health care service paid for by Medical Assistance, including appointments with your doctor, dentist, psychologist or psychiatrist, drug and alcohol treatment clinics, or any other MA provider. MATP can also be used for transportation to pharmacies, or medical equipment suppliers.
