Always hold onto the hand rails while using the steps on the bus. Up or Down.
Keep the aisles of the bus clear. DO NOT put your backpack or other items in the asiles.
Stay in your seat with your seatbelt fastened.
Use your inside voice while riding on the bus to prevent distracting the driver.
Always listen to the bus driver.
Senior citizens aged 65 or older, with valid proof of age, can ride for free on all public fixed routes operated by any public transit system in PA.
Any person who is 65 years of age or older can also receive an 85% discount on ATA’s shared-ride services. Individuals 65 and older must complete a MT-103 Application to be eligible for the discount. Fixed route services are free for anyone over 65. Transit ID is not required. Any document verifying age can be presented to the driver.

Medical Assistance Transportation Program (MATP).
Any person eligible for Medical Assistance may apply for the Medical Assistance Transportation Program. The Medical Assistance Transportation Program provides rides within 40 miles of your location to medical care at no cost to you. You can also receive mileage reimbursement up to 150 miles one way from your residence and/or no more than 300 miles round trip. All eligible medical trips must be paid for by Medical Assistance. You can also use ATA MATP to go to the pharmacy for prescriptions, to the hospital for tests, or to get to medical equipment suppliers.
***MATP is currently available only in Elk, Cameron, and McKean counties.

Any persons with a disability between the ages of 18 and 64 are eligible for an 85% discount on their rides. Fixed Routes are excluded because they are already discounted. Prior day reservations are required to receive the discounted rate.

Any person who believes that he or she has been unlawfully discriminated against may file a formal complaint with the Area Transportation Authority of North Central Pennsylvania within 180 days following the date of the alleged incident.
